Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Replaywear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong size or model

Items returned without prior authorization or that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if defective or wrong item)

Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.


3. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
As many of our items are shipped from international fulfillment centers (e.g., Asia, Americas), return instructions may vary depending on the product and location.

In most cases, you will need to send the item back to an international address. We will provide the details during the return process.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or need a different size, we will offer an exchange free of charge, depending on availability. If the desired item is no longer in stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or altered products

  • Items returned after the 7-day window


7. Important Notice

As we work with international warehouses, processing returns may take longer than average. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we ensure a fair and smooth resolution.
